Awareness front cover (second draft)

This is my second attempt of the awareness cover. Ive kept the same ideas for the cover but I have changed the layout and design significantly.

1. I had to change the position of the magazine title with the move tool
2. I changed the leaf in the background to branches coming off a tree
3. I made the image more central rather than taking up the entire page with the transform tool
4. I moved the layers of blue light over the main image and made them into overlay textures
5. I adjusted the brightness/contrast of the skyscraper to make it more apparent that it was actually there
6. Finally I adjusted the colours and hue to get the correct effect

I'm fairly happy with this new design even though I prefer my old one, however I think this design is more suitable for the front cover. If I were to change this image though I would make the skyscraper a lot clearer by raising the contrast and making it wider. I would also bring all the text away from the edges so that they were clearer.
