In the video above, I have being experimenting with different rendering techniques within 3Ds Max. I am attempting to make random shapes move to music appropriately. I have been inspired to make the above video (which by no means finished) by other music videos such as 'Moderat's' video for 'Rusty Nails'. I intend to chroma key the movements I have already created over other images. Hopefully this will create more of a story for the video rather than purely being a visualization. So far progress on this particular project has been relatively quick, so I should be able to continue experimenting with more shapes. I will probably use a different song for the final video as well.
