Experimental Music Video
Using a similar 3D model to the ones I was using in my previous post. I have created a sequence of videos that fit together as one large loop. The videos were created primarily for a commission based performance piece to be shown at the Scala Cinema in Prestatyn. More details on that at the sonicport website. I made the music video above as a test render; allowing me to see how well the videos synced up together.
The model itself was made in Google Sketchup. I then rendered several different sequences of the model in Autodesk 3DS MAX. I then exported my sequences into Sony Vegas allowing me to edit together the videos as well as applying several different filters to the them. Below is a screenshot of a single frame that I rendered inside 3DS MAX. Overall I'm really pleased with this in particular project, it would be nice to render it at a higher resolution. I'm really interested to see how my work integrates into the final performance piece.
