Here are a couple of background images that I have painted using acrylic paints for my upcoming animated short. I'm pretty happy with these paintings as they fit really nicely into my animation. I think they could be neater but I think the crudeness helps the style of art in animation. I also created this guide to help me create the full animation. Using this template I can create a more detailed character whilst keeping the flow of animation accurate and smooth. Using this to create my animation has really help make quicker and better looking progress.
