What's your name again - Music Video

 

Here is a short animation I worked on as part of a group project in university. The aim of the brief was to make an animation that sync up appropriately to a piece of music. I animated the video as well as doing some of the artwork. The animation was done using a combination of 'Flash' and 'Sony Vegas'. During this project I worked out how to export animated png sequences into 'vegas'. This meant I was able to put 2D characters into a 3D space. This allowed me to make some interesting effects such as the cows flying past the camera. The image below demonstrates 2D rings flying past the camera whilst a video in the background plays. Overall I'm really happy with this project; especially some the techniques I've learnt however I think the ending of the animation shouldn't have been quite as abrupt.
