Pencil Test Animation

I finally have the opportunity to use pencil test facilities now I'm doing an animation course at University. The first video below is a simple pose to pose animation that constantly loops. It consists of nine separate drawings showing a man eating a meal. The second animation is of an American civil war soldier dodging a cannonball. The idea behind this animation was to show the anticipation before the action occurred. The animations are pretty rough but it is also the first time I have recorded pencil test animations. I'm hoping that I will be able to improve greatly over the next few weeks by working out how to use the equipment better. I defiantly will be doing more pencil tests in the future anyway.
