Using the sketch above I've made the following Photoshop paintings, I really like the colours but I think the wings could have have perhaps been drawn slightly better. I enjoy using Photoshop to paint my sketches as it seems to bring that much more life to my characters. I can make everything look a lot more three dimensional with shading techniques which are unavailable to me when I work with vector art. That said I don't have a definite favourite between the two.
