3DS Max Test Render

Using the same mental ray daylight system that I had used with my previous render; I made another render focusing on just the 'M' Block of the college building at 1080p. The render took around three and half hours to complete and unfortunately wasn't really the effect I was looking for. The reflective floor distorted the lighting and shadows and made individual faces on the model inconsistent colours. If I were to keep this lighting method I would have to make the floor a flat texture and also probably have buildings surrounding the 'M' Block in each shot like the previous render. However for the render time I not getting the quality I'm after so I think I'm going to go back to the basic lighting I had with the 'Sol' video.
